Although we continue to be careful about our pandemic behavior it is time to smile and enjoy sunlight, the sound of birds and all other reminders that it is springtime. Join us on Songs of Freedom this month as we relive the annual Funny Songs Hour at the New England Folk Festival. I have been privileged to be charged with hosting Funny Songs numerous times over the years at annual April NEFFA gatherings. It is always an energized and fun time with parodies and other fun songs shared by talented artists. The 2021 New England Folk Festival will again be a virtual event (Look for it online at www.neffa.org), but in 2016 and 2018 we were up close and personal. Tune in and laugh along.
