This short documentary shows how the art of Salsa made its’ pathways from Cuba to Puerto Rico to New York. The genre and movements evolved from earlier Cuban and Puerto Rican Dance forms, which were popular in the Caribbean; and has gone through many transformations throughout the years. With the vibrant sound, Salsa has been able to be appealing across the world. Come and listen to the origins of this vastly popular genre of music. Followed by a Q&A with the film’s director.
