In this timely documentary, legendary Harlem Congressman Charles Rangel reminisces about his 46 years serving in the House of Representatives, on the eve of his retirement. The Congressman shares his experiences during the Korean War, when he earned a Bronze Star and Purple Heart, his participation in Harlem's "Gang of Four" and his relationship with his predecessor in Congress the legendary Rev. Adam Clayton Powell, Jr. The film features insightful commentary by the Congressman's longtime friend, former Mayor of New York City, David Dinkins.
