**GENERIC Firehouse TEMPLATE**

Adelita Michelle recently curated her first art show entitled: We the People/El Pueblo Unido for Peace, Justice and Mother Earth.
The pieces in this exhibit at the Luisa Capetillo Gallery were part of that exhibit. These pieces include strong images and words against racism, degradation of our planet, genocide against Native Americans, and our country’s continued obsession with war and militarism. “But I didn’t just want to be against something,” says Adelita, “so some of my other pieces convey hope and advocacy for love, peace, harmony, women’s rights, and respect for our Madre Tierra/Mother Earth.”
