7/19/12 - Ana HR observed a loose wire pinched in the seam of the back - battery no longer charges.

Battery is too unreliable to use. Setting status to inactive - 8/16/12 AHR

Battery appears loose on the back of PD170, when jostled it goes off. Don't check this out to producers on off-site shoots until this issue is resolved.

Was on Derrick Dawkin's inventory for Youth Channel Equipment in the new Firehouse facility, and was stored in the Firehouse equipment locker. Ana Hurka-Robles brought it down to the Firehouse 2nd Floor Production floor.

Producer Ortima2 says using this battery after a minute would result in a black screen on PD150 despite full charge. Taking off reserve list - Ana Hurka Robles. Tests showed the battery would not hold a charge.
