Star Crash is a Women's Sci Fi television production. The theme pertains to The Rotis Empire which is lead by the Empress Fabia. Each colony of the Rotis Empire is run by clones and has a Queen Regent. The Queen Regent is a clone of the Empress Fabia. The presumption is that since they are clones, the Empire can not be overthrown. In this episode, The Villonians attack the Rotis Empire to retrieve a female hybrid they created. However, Rotis refuses to give her up.
