Hosted by Rafaela "Ronnie" Billini, this edition of the Art Settlers of New York features world-renowned contemporary visual artist and filmmaker, Marcos Dimas, the Executive Director and co-founder of Taller Boricua Puerto Rican Workshop, a non-profit arts organization and multicultural institution that provides a variety of artistic programs in the East Harlem community.
