Loosely based upon the Antoinette Perry Award for excellence in Broadway theatre, commonly known as the Tony Award; The Connie Award seeks to recognize excellence in live improvisational theatre and comedy. At The Connies, the whole show is improvised by talented New York City based players. This episode was taped at a time when larger gatherings were okay. In the very near future The CONNIES hope to resume the fun of a live studio taping.
