Fentanyl and Families In Harm's Way

This is education for the family members that are living with substance use disorders in their family. It builds their knowledge on the 32 key issues a family is likely to face dealing with substance use disorders as a part of the family dynamic. Families will learn the issue in the study guide presentation, apply it to their current family situation, then for each issue they will learn how to determine a solution, develop a decision and design a plan of action.

The recording starts in a living room to soften the approach to each topic and explain what is included to this episode. Then it moves to the family table for instruction of the learning objectives. The last segment provides a review of how to use the 3-D's Coping Skills.
